This Costa de la Luz Dive Club based in Novo Sancti Petri is formed by a group of divers of all ages, levels and nationalities who eCDoy the fun and social side of diving in Spain. Throughout the season, working alongside local companies, we organize diving and other activities. We also have PADI Instructors within the group who conduct courses from Discover scuba to Dive master. We dive everywhere in the Costa de la Luz area and organize trips all over Andalusia. COSTA DIVING are a social group of enthusiastic sub aqua divers male and female who meet every week socially to discuss and arrange future wreck, reef, archaeological, shore and night dives. We also have an active snorkelling section. We are planning treasure hunts and under water photo competitions, wind surfing sessions, fishing trips and sailing regattas. We are not a business, but we can recommend good local schools to any one interested in taking up diving or just want a try dive. If you are living in Spain or just on holiday and are interested, you are welcome to join us. We hope to hear from you and see you under water.
COSTA DIVING was created in order to promote the sport of Scuba Diving on the Costa de la Luz in a safe secure environment, giving a choice of both BSAC / CMAS and PADI training methods. It is our intention to assist divers coming to the Costa de la Luz in finding the right dive sites/facilities and if needed accommodation to rent or buy through our sponsor company www.costalifestyle.com .
The Costa de la Luz, Cadiz , Spain , is an ideal place to base yourself for that scuba diving holiday or even obtaining your first qualifications. The little known Trafalgar area of Roche to Sancti Petri, is riddled with ships cannon, cannon-balls, and anchors left from that famous sea battle.

We are a group of enthusiastic scuba divers based in the Chiclana, Cadiz area of the Costa de la Luz. We are looking for people with a primary interest in scuba diving but who are also keen to meet a whole new group of friends with common interests. Our current group consists of all ages from 16-60+ with experience ranging from complete novice to highly trained instructors. All PADI certification from Open Water Diver right through to instructor level is internationally recognised. Speciality courses are also available including DiveMaster, Rescue Diver, Nitrox, Buoyancy, Archaeology and many more. Sub Aqua Divers from all training organisations including PADI, BSAC, CMAS, FEDAS, SSI and all nationalities are welcome. We have an active social section organising non-diving activities i.e. trips to other parts of Spain, boat trips, meals out, BBQs, windsurfing, sailing, etc. Come and get involved and help make COSTA DIVING a success. 
Although visibility is not always fantastic (average 5-8m), the sea temperature in this part of the Atlantic Ocean is often very good, with plenty of things to see, especially at the locations closer to the coast like at Rogers Reef in Chiclana, from 16 degrees in the winter up to 30 degrees centigrade in the summer. In the cooler water off the Tarifa Coast area of Cadiz there is normally better visibility of 20 + meters. There are, of course, days with heavy seas but these are rare and there are plenty of dive sites or other activities to choose from so you should always find something to do.
